Why do the dietary guidelines put a limit on the intake of red meat? Is Nitrite and NaCl really as harmfull as they say? And can meat proteins help in the relief of age- and lifestyle related health problems?

Join The Muscle Based Food Network at BHJ A/S for a discussion of the health effects of Meat and Meat Ingredients.
